How much of my time will it take?
Little. A few short tasks a week, each with a stated duration, usually 5 to 20 minutes. The long work (priorities, writing, follow-ups) is QoBot's.
I know nothing about cybersecurity. Is it really for me?
It's built for you. QoBot does the expert work: it asks the questions, sets the priorities and writes. You approve and apply short actions, explained step by step.
Is it really free?
Yes. The QoBot app is free on macOS, Windows and Linux. It runs on your own AI: your Claude subscription, or an API key from Anthropic, OpenAI or Mistral. You pay your AI provider directly. Two paid plans come later: Cloud (QoBot always-on, hosted in France) and Team (several people, roles, shared approvals).
Does it replace our IT provider?
QoBot works with them: it tells them what to do, writes their instructions and helps you check it's done.
Will QoBot make us NIS2 compliant?
It gets you ready and does much of the work. Certification comes from an auditor.
Where is my data?
On your computer. QoBot is a desktop app, and your security workspace is a folder on your machine with its full history. Your data goes only to your own AI provider, or wherever you approve. QoBot Cloud, hosted in France by OVHcloud, is an option you choose. More: where your data goes.
